Late/Damage Fees
Late fees will be charged to individuals who do not return their materials by the due date. A late fee of $.10 per day will be charged for each overdue item. (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) After the first week $.15 per day will be charged. Any item that is not returned in the same condition in which it was borrowed is subject to a damage fee equal to a replacement cost. This is at the discretion of Child Care Resource & Referral staff.
