Alisha Plescher

Alisha’s work centers on bridging meaningful, lasting connections between schools, families, early care providers, community specialists, and stakeholders—because a child’s growth is strongest when their “circle” operates as one team. She believes    communication, collaboration, and shared intent are the foundation of strong partnerships that truly impact a child’s development and future. Passionate about early intervention, Alisha emphasizes the unique opportunity of the early years to support brain development, language, and social-emotional growth through inclusion, peer interaction, and evidence-based practices embed-ded in daily routines and play. She has led initiatives that build staff capacity to deliver evidence-based curriculum and early in-terventions through everyday instruction and routines,
