Now in its 27th year of operation, Craven Smart Start is a 501 (c)(3) that serves children from birth to five years of age and their families in Craven County. Craven Smart Start provides many services for families with young children, but their primary objective is to provide them with quality early learning opportunities, as well as essential health and family support, so they can enter kindergarten healthy and ready to learn. Craven Smart Start partners with community agencies during their most critical period of growth and development. Expansion of current programming is a need in order to serve over 7000+ children ages birth to five. Thank you to the Craven Smart Start Board of Directors and the Hardison family for supporting “Teeing Up For Kids.”
