Late / Damage Fees

• Late fees will be charged to individuals who do not return their materials by the due date.
• A late fee of 25 cents per day will be charged for each overdue item (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays).
• Any item that is not returned in the same condition in which it was borrowed is subject to a damage fee equal to a replacement cost.
• This is at the discretion of Child Care Resource & Referral staff.
